ALTTITUDE Indicator For Business (AIB)

Through AIB we can assess, evaluate, and target sales related functions and processes. This is a unique way to measure your sales business against other industry players and investigate the contribution towards the business achieving its sales goals through the following areas - Performance of the Business, Foundations & Process Beneath the Performance, Messaging & Field Sales Support, Staff Development, and Routes to Market
ALTTITUDE Indicator for Personnel

ALTTITUDE Indicator for Personnel is an effective way to build personal development plans for your sales people. The model is derived from behaviours, experience, skills, and techniques pertaining to top sales professionals and best practice across the industry. The AIP provides you with a development framework to access, score, evaluate, and target areas for development for your sales people.
Performance framework
The Performance framework is a tool that evaluates the readiness to sell and the motion of a sales cycle. The sales cycle or motion is considered against a 7 category process, this acts as a planning tool or an assessment of competency against each stage of the process. This framework provides a very quick and effective mechanism for improving sales performance or understanding where problems lie.
TESST
The TESST framework is a quick and effective way to consider personal development status and the areas that an individual needs to address to improve performance. A simple grading mechanism is used to consider performance against use of tools and techniques, ethic of work, structure of operation, skills mastery and ultimately thought clarity and quality.
